How to Convert .MOD to .AVI - No Programs Needed (HD)

This is how you convert .MOD files the right way. No downloading anything.

alright so for most people with the
cannon or everyone with the cannon fs100
here to see that some bad quality and
one of the cannon fs100 has problems
with that Modi files i'm sure and you
can't really put it into windows movie
maker
okay i'm gonna show you how to convert
those Navy eyes and without having to
download anything it's just right from
your computer you do it all very simple
ok i will take your memory card and you
want to play and your computer or if you
do it USB
that's just fine it's just it's easier
if you have a USB little slot
ok so once you have your memory card and
you should get a message that pops up
like this
ok so once you get this message
you want to go to open folder to view
files you want to go to s.d video and
you know p RG 0 0 1 and it's going to
display all your videos now you want to
go to the one that has a . imodium so
click on the one that you want
um so that you want to convert you want
to drag it to your desktop and it will
appear where you drag it and it's right
there
so you can just click out of that and
then you want to go down to the start
menu and you want to go to the control
panel
now you want to go to folder options
click view and this will be checked it
will say hide extensions for known file
types
now
you need to uncheck that and you need to
press ok ok then you can just close out
of this and it will say your video .
m.o.d so you want to do is go down to
rename and what you want to do is change
. Modi to AVI and press enter
we're going to message s as if you
change filename extension the file may
become unusable
are you sure you want to change it and
you press yes now you have a bi
ok now this does work but the windows
movie maker
so when you open windows movie maker
these are just two videos already used
which to leave them
ok once the open windows movie maker you
can just drag it drag your video into
movie maker
all right just put it in there and it
will come on
unlike diambodi which would just say
there's an error
so when you do that you can just drag
the video and it will be in there and it
will work and it will be playable
it's just around a video it took my
computer so but on
so there you go on that's it it's simple
and it works and you don't have to
download anything like a converter or
anything like that you could just simply
change it from your computer
