MSI installation - setting the UI level (full, basic or silent)

Most common methods to set the UI level of an MSI (Windows Installer) package during its installation. The command lines apply to any MSI package, it does not matter if that MSI is built with Advanced Installer or with another Windows Installer authoring tool.
