How to insert a PDF into the body of an email

today we're going to be looking at how
you would add an image into an email
when you're sending out invitations you
often have a PDF for a JPEG flyer
invitation but you want to have that not
as an attachment that nobody is going to
open but rather have it embedded into
the body of an email
we have one such image example right
here so how would we go about doing this
let's start by opening up and email in
Microsoft Outlook this is a very common
business email application you might do
it differently in different email
programs but let's just use microsoft
outlook
first you go to insert and this is if
you have the picture saved on your
computer go up here in the main
navigation menu and simply click on
insert then click to select a picture
and then locate the picture on your
computer you then open the picture and
wall up
it is in your email you can resize it
you can go ahead and add in some
additional text
I would love if you could make this
event and you can move that image around
however you see fit
and then you would simply send out the
email very very easy approach
now let's say instead that you have your
file as a PDF
how would we do it then all right here
we have a PDF file of another event
flyer
what we can do is simply go up to the
Edit menu and click to take a snapshot
we then simply select the area that we
want tech copy to our clipboard
it takes that snapshot for us and we'll
go back to our email
we simply can copy-paste by going
control V and we insert that into the
email we can again
resize and move
this image however we like fill in our
recipients and hit send too
very very easy ways to take either jpegs
or PDFs and get them into the body of an
email
