Resetting Keychain Password

This is a tutorial for CBE teachers who are having trouble with their keychain password. This allows users to reset their keychain password on their MacBook Pro using the Self Service App.

reset your keychain password now
mine's the login keychain and the
keychain password that remember sitting
in your computer
sometimes they go about a sink so if
you're asked to into your keychain or
your login keychain password
even though you and and it's different
from you're the one that you log in with
and then you need to go through this
process to reset it
so what you need to do is go up to
spotlight and you're going to click on
self-service this is an app that's
installed an old CD stuff computers and
when that opens you want to log in when
self serve as opens you're going to
click on out something to remember is
that you any of these apps that are
within self-service so the CD openly
available CD enterprise we have first
aid which are going to go to internet
plugins office updates support tools and
wireless all of these things you can
install yourself without having a school
trip and I'm help you do it so we're
going to go to first eight and we're
going to click on reset
login keychain once you click that gives
you a little description of what it's
going to do here
why you would do it and then you're
going to click reset it
once you've done that I believe nothing
will happen until your keychain password
is needed the next time and it's going
to ask you to reset it and you will
enter the same password as you currently
have
so you're the newest login or CB
password that you have
