with pitstop Pro you can adjust your
page and page box sizes one way to get
started is adjusting the page boxes
manually this is done inside the
inspector you can find the inspector
inside the tool step plug-in pits up
inspect second icon from the left and
you can also use the shortcut to open
the panel inside of the inspector go to
the position tap and the Edit Page boxes
select the page back we want to change
select the anchor point and fill in the
new values in the size fields
you can also easily remove the fine page
boxes by unchecking the defined checkbox
now if you want to apply this to your
complete document go to the action
option on the top-right choose apply
these page boxes to our pages now if we
turn on our view page boxes we can see
our new page back sizes
the second way we can do this would be
by creating an action list for example
if you would like to only change eh
boxes on certain pages
you can find the action lists inside of
the tool step plug-in it's subprocess
action lists you can of course also use
the shortcut to open this panel go to
the local folder right-click or
control-click and choose new twice
in the action editor go to the left top
and type in a filter for the actions in
this case with type inbox because we
will need actions related to page boxes
now we have only related actions in the
list the ones we need our remove art and
crop box and also the change media and
bleed box you can add these actions by
double-clicking are doing a drag and
drop into the actions we can see that
the resize action has some attributes
and the remove action doesn't so we have
to set our values in the resize actions
in this case we wanted to resize the
media box by one and the bleed by half
name the action lists and ok to save
select the action is in your lists
define your page range and run it to the
document again using your view peach
boxes feature you will be able to see
your new ph box sizes
