Here is how to turn a Powerpoint presentation into a video. It is easy to make a Powerpoint video into a video file. In Microsoft Powerpoint 2010, just go to the File menu and choose the option to create a video file. This will turn your Powerpoint video into a wmv video file, which you can upload to YouTube or play on a computer.

this is with office 2010 i don't know if
you can do it with earlier versions of
office but in 2010 you just go to file
and then save and send and then create a
video and then you have a bunch of
different options as far as how big you
want it to be 720 p is the biggest so
that's what when we do it for shows here
we do it at the biggest possible
resolution is shown on a big monitor big
TV and it works pretty well you select
the size you want the number of seconds
for each slide it create video and then
it will save it to your computer and I
guess I've done this one before
will replace it
and then it's saved to the computer and
you can just double-click it to play it
now it is a WMV file which means some
players might not play it so whatever
your device you're using to play it
you just want to make sure that it's
compatible with WMV files and if not
then you'll have to import it into
another editing program and and export
it as an MP for something else that will
play better but you can see it plays
pretty well if it full screen really
good good picture quality good enough to
put on a big screen at the trade show or
been through up to youtube if you want
to put it on youtube so that's how you
do it
