sharing
can be a good option here's how open
PowerPoint 2007
and then open the presentation that you
want to save as a PDF
click the Microsoft Office button and
then click and save as
in the file name list type a name for
the file
and in the Save as Type list click PDF
if you want to open the file immediately
after saving it
select to the open file after publishing
checkbox
this check box is available only if you
have a PDF Reader installed on your
computer
select the option depending on what file
size: our print quality you want
to specify various options for the file
click on
options select the options of your
choice
and then click OK click on Save when
done
