VirtualBox and Windows 7 x64 Install

With the free VirtualBox software is it possible to setup demo environments very simple and fast. This video show the installation process of VirtualBox and then installation of Windows 7 x64 SP1 as a Virtual Machine.

The installation is run on the following hardware
AsRock Z68 Pro3-M motherboard, Core I7-2600K CPU, 16 GB of RAM, Dual 60 GB SSD and 2 TB traditional HDD. The processor is overclocked to 4.2 GHz using a better CPU cooler. Total cost of this system is less than $1000.

I'm now ready to start our installation
the next thing I have to do is select my
image and I have windows seven with
service pack 1 in here
that's a download from technet from
Microsoft that I have this is 05 from so
go ahead and open that one and then i'll
just start the install in here and
there's only a few things i will need to
do to actually get this fully installed

you install the virtualbox additions in

the mouse can be a little sluggish
especially if you're a remote this type

terabyte drive in here
it's a robot that already comes with the
graphic cats and the 16 gig of ram in
here so this computer
the cost less than a thousand dollars
actually to buy and assembled from parts
and it's extremely powerful for running
virtual box or or any testing with the
2009 and 2013 of any TV

it even works on multiple versions so if

in the CD rom drive for this virtual box
and then he will run the software from
the CD little PCEs is just finished
installing windows i guess so
I want to run the virtualbox windows
editions

really nice things in here is that it's
completely seamless to switch between
full screen and a windowed mode and like
you used to with remote desktop you

so its body completely disappears during
the demo so you can't see that you're
actually running a virtual environment
in here all the issues that existed with
virtualbox being able to resize a
virtual pc being able to resize property
it absolutely don't exist with the
virtualbox you can just drag the window
is going to look nice
you can always go full screen and it
will just completely cover your screen
so even if you connected to object
it works perfectly fine in here so you
can always get back of course to
windowed mode and it's running very fast
and yeah so this virtual box here can
also be sure yet
so if you look at my drive here i have
in my virtual box folder
I have a couple files in here and this
one is really the virtual drive and
that's why everything isn't so you can
see that with our people that can set up
their own heart way around it
matching maybe that laptop and so on but
it's a very very powerful system in here
the virtual box and it's completely free
you don't require anything else then you
have a decent laptop that run 64-bit OS
and then
64-bit operating system and get very
good performs
