here is all the information you need to
build your aquiline hydromassage shower
cabin to build the shower cabin you will
need a drill pencil tape measure
phillips number two screwdriver spirit
level
step 1 adjusting the shower tray
once you have found the design place for
your shower use your spirit level to
check that the shower trays level if the
tray is not level simply lift the
trailer onto its side and adjust the
feet by listening the lock note the feet
will screw in or out to adjust the
height up or down once you have adjusted
all the feet and are happy with the
height retighten all locked dots the
flexible waste pipe running off the way
strap is to be connected to your
bathrooms outgoing waste pipe step to
assembling the frame
you will attach the top and bottom track
to the side profile using the screws
found in the bag marked and seven
first-place the top track against the
side profile making sure that you are
attaching it to the top of the side
profile next screw the two pieces
together using the screw holes mentioned
earlier once the frame has been
assembled installed the side glass
panels by placing them into the grooves
on the edges of the top and bottom
tracks next slide the t-shaped rubber
seals between the glass and the profile
fix the plastic bracket to the edge of
the rail to secure the glass in place
you can now slide the seals on to the
edges of the glass
repeat this process for the second glass
panel
step 3 fixing the back panels
you will need somebody to hold the back
panel while the side panel is slid into
place once you are happy with the
alignment of these panels drill through
the elongated holes and through the back
panel using a four millimeter drill bits
fix the side panel to the back panel
using the nuts bolts and washers
provided
ok
you can tighten these using a Phillips
number two screwdriver and a spanner
next slide the second side panel into
place and repeat the process
step for fixing the rise rail
to begin first you must cut out the
backing film around the holes
place the base of the rise rail through
the hole and secure with a large rubber
washer and the brass not tighten with an
adjustable wrench

now place the steel washer and the
rubber washer / the screw and secure to
the back panel with a Phillips number
two screwdriver

insert the rubber washer into the end of
the pipe and screw the shower head into
the shower hose

place the rubber washer into the end of
the shower hose and screw onto the water
outlet located on the base of the rise
rail

step 5 fixing the shell
to attach the shelf first you must
contact the backing film around the
holes place a rubber washer and a steel
washer / the screw and place through the
hole in the back of the panel
loosen the two grub screws in the
brackets insert the glass shelf into the
group's retighten the grub screws
next slide the front rail onto the shelf
and tighten the grip screws to secure
step 6 fixing the frame to the back
panels place the frame onto the tray
before putting the back panels into
place
once happy with the positioning drill
pilot holes with a three millimeter
drill bits
now screw the side panel to the frame
using the screws provided

step 7 attaching the frame to the try
once you are happy with the alignment
drill pilot holes through the frame and
into the track
screw the frame to the tray using the
screws provided
step 8 attaching the reef
put the roof into place ensuring that it
lines up with the edge of the frame
drill pilot holes through the frame into
the roof
screw into place using the screws
provided step 9 attaching the pipes the
pipe that comes off the left-hand side
of the diverter valve is to be fastened
to the water inlet of the rise rail
tighten with an adjustable wrench do not
overtighten
the pipe with the blue markings is to be
attached to the properties cold water
supply the pipe with the red markings is
to be attached to the properties
domestic hot water supply the pipe
leading from the top of the diverter
valve is to go through the hole in the
bottom of the roof and is to be
connected to the shower head
step 10 attaching the door

the single rollers are to be attached to
the top of the curve door panels so that
the small screw head on the side is
facing down these screws are used for
fine adjustment of the doors once
installed

bottom of the door with the bottom
facing up towards the top of the door

step 11 attaching the door handles to
attach the door handles
first you must unscrew the studs place
the handles through the holes in the
door and screen the studs back on
