Making a MYSQL Database for Form Builder

A continuation of the coffee cup form builder tutorial showing how to create a mysql database for a form. Making a MYSQL Database was created by Mike Lively Director of A&S Instructional Design at Northern Kentucky University NKU.

add that user to the database
I scroll down and uncle
add you to database a less find our User
and you'd see it added that flex hack
extension to the user name and my
username should be in there
there it is underscore user and then I
choose the database
and that was flex hack underscore my
database name
and submit and will accept those
privileges
and you've created a database that
you're ready to put into
coffee cup now that we've made our my
secret database we want to come in and
put that sequel database
into coffee cup for Miller fairly easy

click on Form settings and click on
save result my sequel so click on Save
former is also my sequel and put in the
database name
which was flex hack underscore my
erase name
and the username was
user remember we have to add that flex
hack extension
user
and with the past we don't at the Flex
extension user
PW just a quick note about username and
password you obviously would not want
such a simple user name and password for
real database
these are just simply put for the
example here
