How to login to Facebook if you lost your username or password!

in the gainesville florida and i'm
making this video because my mother had
a problem and accessing her facebook
account now I found the solution on how
to access it if you can't access it with
your code generator because maybe you
got a new phone
maybe you got a new email and you just
can't access it was asking for that
security code and there's just no
possible way to access it the normal way
so this would be the next step and I've
searched and searched for solutions
online and I don't know if it's just
been a simple all along and I mean
nobody's just decided to try this route
or what but I figured out how to do it
and I don't have a screen capture
so i can show you what I'm doing to do
it but I'll explain everything to you
clearly is a clear instructions on how
to do it and hopefully this will help
you like i said if you got a new phone
and they try to send you the reef
verification SMS but it's linked to your
old phone and you have left everything
to your new phone and you're not logged
in on your new phone so you can't access
your code generator so if there's no
possible way to access your account
this will be the way to keep your same
account so I'm going to go make a new
account
so this is what you're going to want to
do we're going to want to go to
facebook.com like you always do
now you'll click on and I know sometimes
this is what people do anyways but
there's still an extra step after this
so you click on forgot password
don't try to login anything just click
on forgot password now you're saying
yeah I may have done this before and
then I asked me do i want to reset by
email or reset my google account
don't click any of those look underneath
that so first like I said go to forgot
password and then it will take you to
the page where it will say do you want
to access via google or do you want to
access via your email confirmation
do not click any of those look
underneath those and you'll see a prompt
that says no longer have access to these
and click on that you no longer have
access to these even though you might
just click on it because then it will
take you to a page that will ask you for
your new email or your new phone number
so that way Google can start sending
them to the right account are right
number i'm sorry
so you would for instance my mom's old
phone is where Facebook was linked to
and she got a new phone and never
transferred everything over in the old
phone and disconnecting so she has no
way to receive anything but Facebook
still has that old number in there and
that's what is trying to go through so
you would enter in your new phone number
and the prompt and it will ask you to
re-enter to verify the same one
and here's the next step so once you
enter those it's gonna ask you to pick
three friends in your friend list so
maybe you still have these contacts in
your phone that you can call him up and
say yo facebook is going to send you a
confirmation code
I need to get that code from you because
basically facebook wants to know that
this is your account and that these are
your trusted friends
so instead of somebody trying to hack
your account so you don't know these
people
it's going to actually send a code to
these people and you're going to want to
get the code from them but if you can't
login to facebook to get it from you're
going to need to be able to call them or
email them or something
so check your phone book and see if you
have listed in your phone in the contact
called welcome to you
I'm picking you as one of my friends to
send this code - it's not a hacker
anything i just can't get into my
account Facebook gonna send you a code
so you can help me verify that i can get
back into my account and you pick your
three friends
it's gonna send them the codes and
you'll get the code for me to your
friends and from there on you just
verify everything and you'll be back in
your facebook account if this helped you

process I said which is first click on
forgot password which is right under
facebook.com where the password field is
just click on forgot password
second is going to take you to a page do
you want to verify the google or do you
want to verify the confirmation by email
don't click on those click right
underneath that on I no longer have
access to either of these and we'll
bring it to that uh that ok
excuse me to bring to that confirmation
page where it's gonna be
ask you for your new number or your new
email but type in your new number or
email and it's going to ask you for
three friends to say is this really you
so i click on those three friends get
their security codes from them after
facebook send it to him and you'll be
good to go from there on out so like i
