How to add missing artwork to albums by using Mp3 tag editor.

This video shows you how to do two things: How to add artwork to albums that are missing artwork, and then how to transfer those albums to your iPad without iTunes. Actually all of this is done without iTunes. It's a little bit long, but hopefully helpful.

in this video I'm going to show you how
to add artwork two albums that you have
the are missing artwork and also how to
then easily add those albums to your
iPad ok what you need to do to make this
happen is you need to download this
program mp3 tag editor and this program
imTOO iPad to PC Transfer this program
allows you to easily put albums onto
your iPod without iTunes
this program allows you to add our word
to the missing albums and also to make
sure that that titles of the songs are
correct and a bunch of other stuff this
program is a pain to use but if you
watch closely I can show you how to use
it it's not that bad once you get the
hang of it but okay so first of all we
got to get these two programs downloaded
so go to download the mp3 tag editor
first there is this program is free go
to that side then click right here where
says setup ok that'll give you the mp3
tag editor next you want to download
imTOO iPad to PC Transfer and there it
is it's 20 bucks but it's totally worth
your money its 10 million times better
than I Jens J now much you have both of
those programs bring their little icons
over here so that you can have easy
access to them create a folder that says
music no tag and create a folder that
says temporary mp3 tag ok now the music
that you have that's missing our work
put it into this folder
alright so what I'm gonna do is I have a
carpenter's album that doesn't have any
artwork so what I'm gonna do as I'm
going to my music no tag
and I'm gonna find that album that I
just told you about the doesn't have
artwork and once again it's the
carpenters and there it is right there
there's my carpenters album that doesn't
have any our work so let me open it up
and I'll show you what I mean here and
click on a song sleigh ride see how
there's no artwork when Windows Media
Player comes out there is no artwork for
the Carpenters so I'm gonna fix that
right now I'm gonna grab that folder
that carpenters album and I'm going to
drop it into my temporary folder into my
temporary mp3 tag and you can see that
it's doing that right now
now i got really songs and now this is
what you need to do once you open the
mp3 tag editor you want to go to file
and you want to change directory because
we want to go over to my desktop and we
want to go down to temporary mp3 child
that that's the folder that we created
so now this mp3 tag editor will
automatically go down into that folder
and select whatever is there I'm gonna
hit select now you'll notice just
grabbed all of the songs from The
Carpenters album that are in my
temporary folder and place them right
here next step
take your left the left button on your
mouse and select all of those songs that
go up to tax sources and click on
amazon.com then type in the name of the
band or artist carpenters and mess that
up since this is a Christmas album
Christmas just to make it easier next ok
now the next step is notice so this is
what album this is what Amazon sells
they have all these albums ok
album that we're working on has 21 songs
you need to look over here and find one
of these albums that has 21 songs and
look right here we have 21 albums are 21
songs and albums just happens to be
called Christmas portrait so this is
most likely to correct album with the
correct our work if you click this one
that says 12 or 20 years 35 none of
these are gonna work it has to have the
same amount of songs ok this has the
same amount of songs so now I'm just
gonna hit next
and then noticed that artwork that just
came out right there which is looking
pretty good I noticed you have two
columns you have this one on the left
and this one on the right you have to
make sure that these match its ends at
midnight clear he came upon a midnight
clear song number two
overture summer 2003 old-fashioned
Christmas hey this is the correct album
because the songs on the left and the
songs on the right match up so now what
you do is you just hit OK and it's going
to automatically assigned that picture
to every song on this album ok and there
goes it's writing the tag data
just like that now there is the album
and you want to go up to this little
diskette and hit save
so now by minimize my mp3 tag editor and
if I go back over to my temporary mp3
tag the interesting part now is that
this album is now correct got our work
on every song so just open up one song
there's sleigh ride and remember this
was me
Windows Media Player and before we have
no artwork and now we do and so that's
nice and just ridiculous do one more
song winter wonderland ok silver bells I
guess alright so we just attached that
our word to every song on that
carpenters ok now what you want to do is
put that album on your onto your iPad so
this is where I'm to iPod PC Transfer
comes in handy
just wait a second for it to load
everything that's on your iPad obviously
you need a lightning to USB cable right
there
now let's go to music like that and now
go to your temporary mp3 tag holder
right there and grab that song and put
it into the music folder i'm too like
that and now you can see that it's
placing every one of those songs and
artists that's the song but enough of
the top of i'm too and once this is done
if we click the album's button which is
right here then we should see one
picture of the Carpenters that obviously
has all of those twelve songs are a
camera how many there were
albums ok 21 songs right there and now
the artwork is there now you can go over
to your iPad and go to music and lets
albums and I don't know why I don't know
why we're seeing it twice there but
that's alright for now I don't have time
to make another video but there is the
artwork for the carpenters
now if you are a piano this user
easiest way to play your piano disc is
my way of this app which is called an
intense amount if you open that up and
then if you go through your albums you
should now see the carpenters and there
they are so very very powerful program
that we just used and this is it's just
the best way and I don't say the only
way but it's really the best way to get
music onto your device so we can open
this up and they're all the songs so
hopefully that helps let me know if you
