central my name is Steve Hicks and in
this screencast i'm going to show you
how to quickly and easily create PDFs
from your Microsoft Word documents using
the easy PDF creator
ok so what I've done so far is
downloaded the installation file for the
PDF creator and to install it on my
computer i'm going to do is double click
on the install icon now the
installations automatic so you can see
the progress bar on the middle of the
screen and once the installation is
complete the install a program will
close and you'll be returned to your
main windows desktop now if you open a
microsoft word document and here I've
opened are reducing file size ebook to
create your PDF all you have to do is go
to the file menu and click on print and
then from the printer name the drop-down
box select PDF creator and then click on
ok this will open the PDF Creator
summary window you can give your
document title set the creation date and
the modification date set the author
name required and then give your
document is subject so here I'm going to
do reducing flash file size and then any
keywords related to the document once
you're happy with the settings click on
save to open the windows explorer window
and you can choose where on your
computer you'd like to save your
documents and in this case I'm just
going to save it on my desktop so it's
safe to PDF click on the Save button and
then once the savers completed it will
automatically be opened in our default
PDF Reader which in this case is adobe
