while back to help me transfer my
multimedia files from my idevices are
between high devices I devices are I
device to pc
just want to give you a little
background story on how i found the
software back in November of 2011
my wife and I
every city upgrade our phones from the
iphone 3g to the iphone 4s series during
that time we had of course chance for
several machines and purchase new
computers and then sinking libraries
with multiple devices and didn't have a
centralized location of where all the
files reside
during that time arm you know any time
you would try to plug in our iphone 3g
to our new machines of course it wants
to go through this process of deleting
all the content from the phone to
synchronize it with its current library
and so once we were presented with that
problem of you know we didn't want to
lose that data without having it stored
somewhere in our machine
even though we could have done it back
up we wanted to be able to access that
those that information at a file level
I want on the search for for this
particular software
so without further ado we're going to be
talking about the xilisoft ipod magic
platinum software this particular
software has several functions and
features and i'm just going to show you
the overview items that I typically use

so we're going to go right to that
section underneath the photo section you
can see the various photos that were
taken from I device when i right click
on any one of the photos i had the
ability to open the actual file i can
copy it to another
I device I had multiple devices open
I can copy it to our computer i also
have the ability to upload on content to
the photo section of my iphone if i
wanted to i can also add a folder to
device and delete items and create photo
albums
look at the properties and of course
like items here down below and have
these three functions that also give you
the same details especially when you
right-click on the items which is pretty
cool
so if i want to copy these are pictures
of my daughter when she was first born
back in
- 2010 so if i wanted to copy any one of
these files
you know i'm just going to use right
click on one
copy to Peter and I actually bring me up
the browsing folder where i can actually
drop the actual files to just pretty
cool if i wanted to open some of the
files up
I'll just double click on it and it will
give me use whatever the default
applications i have loaded on my machine
to open up
you know the the multimedia so so my
clients every once in a while
let's for me to copy their contacts so I
mean you do the same thing you can just
scroll down and click on the contact
section and pretty much what this is
doing is now
synchronizing the contest you know to
this main screen over here and just like
in the ipod or iphone get ability just
click on it and of course
download or upload which is pretty cool
you can also look at your apps here
which is cooling down those apps
directly to itunes
so if you actually had a library ready
and set up
you could actually click on one of these
and actually download it or copy to
itunes so when you finally do decide to
synchronize with itunes these
applications are ready
same thing if i had music i can copy the
music
I can move it to another I device happy
it's itunes can add stuff
create a playlist you know this is
pretty much what i use primarily arm for
the xilisoft ipod magic platinum some of
the other functions as you see below
you know you have the ability to take a
DVD or CD and rip it on the fly and then
convert it so that it's compatible with
your iDevice same thing for any you know
files and you currently have and impacts
or video files music files you have a
machine broke them on the fly
one thing that I i recently fall in love
with is the download online video so
videos that you see on youtube or any of
the other major on video showing sides
on my daily motion you can actually
click on the download online video
browse to that video if you have the URL
just click download our haven't really
played around this much my wife has but
you also have the ability to import
something you know your music files and
actually create our own ringtones and I
know arm back when the first when I had
the first song 3g this
this would have been useful back my
college days to have some funky
ringtones on people call me so if i had
this back then you have been great to
our to use it but yeah overall this is a
great application to have in your
arsenal
especially when you doing transferring
data from one device to another or one
device to a pc i have found you know
several uses for it on some of the
additional features but primarily
accessing the data at this file level is
extremely powerful especially if you
went to a scenario like we did when we
purchased new machines or this
these items weren't residing on that
machine and now we want to access them
other than that i recommend you know you
know recommend this particular product
if you're going to be you know John some
of those basic needs and of course
accessing your files and fly like this
is it is a removable device armed and
you know just overall you know when
you're moving from one device to another
I device and this is a great application
to have to help you with that
