Unlock the Car: Like every Hyundai key fob i20 Active’s key fob also gets three ways for opening the car. One is by pressing the unlock button on the fob, second is by walking near the door and press the little black button on the handle and third is by putting and then twisting the key of the lock present in the fob.
Starting the Car: One can start i20 Active by simply pushing the start/stop button simultaneously pressing the clutch pedal.
Rear Wiper: Rear wiper can be operated using the same stick used to operate the front wiper. The tip of the wiper could be twisted to make the rear wiper run at two different speeds.
Opening the Bonnet: The bonnet open lever is present on the right side of the driver over the accelerator pedal. Pull it to unhinge the main lock then walk outside, put your hand in the gap between the bonnet to unlock the safety lock. Open the bonnet and place the securing stick at its place.
Adjusting side view mirrors: To adjust the side view mirrors there is a round button present on the right side of the driver with a little joystick in the centre. Use that joystick to select the side of the mirror and then the direction buttons to put it in the right direction.
Pairing Bluetooth: To pair the bluetooth press the phone button, select the option of pair and press OK. This will turn the car’s bluetooth and it will automatically search for devices, now turn on your phone's bluetooth and enter the passcode displayed on the music system screen.
Driver Information Cluster: It shows a host information like TripA TripB, distance to empty, external temperature, total distance, etc.
Headlamps and Foglamps: The lever for the headlamp is present on the right side of the steering column. Twist its head to turn on the pilot lamps and twist it full way to turn on the headlamps.
Open Fuel Lid: The fuel open control lever is placed on the floor on the right side of driver, pull it up to open the lid.
Tyre Pressure Label: The tyre pressure information sticker is placed on the lower driver side door lip.
Access the Boot: The boot is unlocked automatically as soon as you unlock the car, simply press a tiny button present under the chrome garnish of the rear door and the lid opens.
Accessing the Spare Tyre: After opening the boot lid simply lift the floorings to reveal the spare tyre. Now, unscrew the central nut and lift the spare wheel out.
Filling Wiper Fluid: To fill wiper fluid you need to open the bonnet, after doing so open the bright blue cap located on the left side of the engine bay and fill distilled water.
