General Tools All-in-one Mortise & Tenon Jig Demonstrated

Woodworker's Journal Magazine watches a working demonstration of a new low-cost Mortise & Tenon Jig system from General Tools & Instruments at the 2011 AWFS Fair. Burt Weinstein, inventor of the breakthrough product, builds a sample joint.

well this is our new mortise and tenon
jig
I'd like to show you how it works and
what you've been to get with it
the first of all it comes complete with
a guide system that we include
with the various sizes that you would
need to make to make other
sighs more distant engines
we're going to make a quarter-inch
mortise and tenon now
show you how it would work no chick does
both halves of the joint the chick does
both the mortise and tenon
and setting very good and I pre-measured
and preset these
in the
jig for the time so that we can save a
little time sure but i'll go ahead and
