I am a certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor
and today I want to show you how you can
go about
adding a written it section a2 and
employs template within QuickBooks
up to begin with I'm gonna make the
assumption that you know the basics
up customize a template and I'm so
begin by choosing the template you want
to customize in this case it's called
custom
remit employs and then we'll click on
Customize
and then customized a layout
and immediately I want to go to the
layout designer section because

the section right here let's begin and
by adding a dashed line that would be
better off line at the cut line
now you may have special paper that is
already perforated
and that's fine if you do perhaps we
just have about that dashed line hit
on the perforated area I'm so right
click
in then click at text box and I actually
don't put anything in the text box I
wanna go to the border
and removed the bottom right and left
side to the border so that we only have
a top-order
I'll make it two points and high and I
want to be dashed
and then ima track it down to the
proper section I will not go about
making this entire remit section
a.m. I'm statically pleasing I'm
but anyway there's the dashed line now
the next thing I want to do is
I want to take this invoice in label
and the emplois where the number
actually appears and I want to copy it
I'm down to the remit two sections or
choose to label
hold down the I'm shift key and then I
choose the actual data field
then I right click and I choose copy
next without touching any paying
II left clicking track this down to
this area K so now on this
invoice the invoice number would appear
both here and here
of course the close custom all week
cutting this off and you get this part
back in Amelia reference the employs
number I'm perhaps you want to add to
balance
and the payments and credits and the
totals on
you can pick and choose which of these
you wish to add I'm
all I wanna do is left click and hold
down the the mouse key
and draw a rectangle around the day
don't want to copy and release
then our right click in this area
and choose copy and out to strike this
data down to here as well now
you may want a box says something like
on please remit your please
summit this remittance with your payment
solitaire another text box
please summit
this remittance
with your
propped payment K
and will take away any border that
what's round that text box but this
removing these
and then we'll move this down to the
appropriate section
maybe track it so that it's this one
line
right the other thing you would probably
want to include in this would be
Tom the actual customer field on which
would be
in this area here so I will click it
right click and do copy and track it
down
up sorry track it down to the section
this pack up their belongings
I and now you would have the cut the
this employs information as well now I'm
not gonna be again I'm not be about
making this pretty I think you get the
idea
you can copy the spill the spill the
information
on easily down to this area and
duplicate it
I once I click OK and that I click OK
again
