Let me tell you about migrations. I don’t
think that there is anyone in this entire
world who knows more about how to migrate
Oracle-based applications to SQL than we do.
We’ve got team members in DB Best who’s
been doing that for the last 5-7-10 years,
doing nothing but migrations. And migrations
in this case include many different aspects.
Converting the Oracle database scheme to SQL
Server, taking PL/SQL, taking the store procedures,
packages, sequences, triggers, views you name
it, and automatically and then manually converting
them to SQL Server, modifying the application
called Java-based, C++, C, VB, Perl applications
to run against SQL Server. There're so many
different aspects around that when we come
to the customers and come across apps that
requires, say, no downtime conversion and
we have to think about what will be the deployment
strategy, how to go live - these are the things
that we live and breathe. So I think that
