Work Time Tracker Short Description:
Business time tracking software. Collects, analyzes and reports employees' time.
|
Work Time Tracker Long Description:
Work Time Tracker helps managers assess their employees' productivity, and provides essential information for monitoring project status and client billing. Just as TV cameras in supermarkets provide valuable information to store managers, Work Time Tracker gives management in today's virtual office a tracking tool that was thought to be lost forever.
Each system with Work Time Tracker installed builds a log of each user's computer activities, capturing the user ids, the applications that they're running, the documents they're using, and any keystrokes or mouse clicks that they make. Unlike old-fashioned time reporting systems that rely upon the good will and good memory of employees to accurately enter information about what they worked on, Work Time Tracker gathers the data in the background, without the employees having to spend any time doing data entry, and without them being aware that their computer activities are being recorded. The program's data files are tamper-proof, prohibiting employees or management from distorting the information. Each employee can turn off Work Time Tracker's data capture program to ensure their personal privacy during non-work-related periods on the PC.
At the end of the workday, these logs are automatically sent to the manager, over the LAN or via e-mail. Work Time Tracker consolidates the raw data and generates management reports. Data may be extracted by user id, application, document, or date, allowing management to concentrate their attention on areas of concern. Detailed reports tell the manager, in intricate detail, how the computer has been utilized. Summary reports intelligently consolidate and summarize the data in meaningful ways.
When used for personal purposes, Work Time Tracker offers durable and comprehensive parental control and self-control. Now you know which sites does your child visit while surfing the Internet! Now you know how much time does your child play computer games!
