• You must be the author, publisher, or authorized agent of the software.
• The software must not infringe on any copyrights or international treaties.
• The software and all its documentation must be in English.

Applications listed below will not be accepted by Ivertech Software Central:

• Applications that contain spyware, virus, or Trojan.
• Applications for spamming.
• Warez or program cracks.

Any submissions that do not conform to these guidelines will be rejected.

Ivertech Software Central reserves the right to exclude any applications from our listings at our own discretion.

Ivertech Software Central also reserves the right to change any information provided by the author, including URL's, images, or descriptions.
