Star Call Manger is an application to manage and track phone calls in your business.
Each business day you receive many phone calls. Most of us use a note pad to write down the contents of the calls. This is fine as it makes it easy to return calls that day. But, what if you can file and track this information, and have a simple reference point that you can go back and research these calls and the conversations that took place. That is where the Star Call Manger comes into play. It is a very simple layout, that makes entry quick and easy. It tracks whom, when, what, responses, ect. There are areas in this program that makes it simple to add responses, solutions, and what not. There is a database of common callers that makes it easy to retrieve these callers to speed up the entry process. This package keeps track of all calls whether they are open, incomplete, or even completed. This makes managing your phone calls efficient and easy.,
It is really that simple.
The cost for this software is only US$25. This gives you full usage of the program. It is a one time fee and gives you Support via email, along with all updates and upgrades for a period of one (1) year, or 365 days. The period begins at the original purchase date. Now, the program will still function after the 1st year, you will just not be available to download any of the updates or upgrades for free.
