Spyware doctor will provide you with the best protection against infections, in my opinion. I know many of you are upset that Spyware doctor will not remove any infections in the free trial. But all the infections it finds in the scan are legit. Spyware Doctor did not give me any false positives, I just did a two hour test on this subject. I have the registered version on my C drive, all 6517 signatures and updates and it found 5 tracking cookies on my partitioned hard drive with a full system scan, I did not remove them. I then downloaded the trial version (that some reviewers say gives false positives) on my F drive and did a full system scan, and the trial version found the exact same 5 tracking cookies. So this proves Spyware Doctor does not give false positives!
