Dieta 2005, creato dagli esperti della Stanford University, è la traduzione Italiana di uno dei più diffusi e completi programmi a livello mondiale. Funzioni ottimali consentono, sin dal primo momento, di usare il programma concentrandosi sulle proprie esigenze specifiche liberi di investigare maggiormente sul proprio stato di salute. Esso è utile a chi, per problemi di salute, deve monitorare la propria dieta, ha problemi di peso o è uno sportivo praticante.

Scientifico: L’Analisi Piramidale USDA permette di sapere in tempo reale se la dieta è varia e correttamente bilanciata. Basta un’occhiata per conoscere se l’alimentazione soddisfa il fabbisogno nutrizionale RDA consigliato dal National Research Council.
