The TTS application can also be used as an Educational tool to learning English pronunciation and Vocabulary building as well. The Text to Speech Synthesizer runs on all Windows Systems and has adjustable Speaking Speeds and Voice Tones, as well as Aesthetically designed User Interface. The program comes with a realistic embedded Speech Engine in that gives a very high quality speech synthesis.
