EZPZ Property Manager Short Description:
Property management software for UK letting agents.
EZPZ Property Manager Long Description:
EZPZ Software's Property Manager 7 software is property management software for UK letting agents who manage rented properties on behalf of landlords. Property Manager 7 has all the standard accounting software features you would expect from computerised bookkeeping software, with additional features such as the calculation of rents and commissions on managed properties and automated credit control for tenants. The software enables you to keep details of individual properties, landlords and tenants, and the links between them. For each landlord you can store name and address details, VAT status, and details of who payments are made to. The software accepts payments to multiple payees where payments need to be split, for example, where a property is jointly owned by more than one landlord. At regular intervals, say each month end, the software can calculate the commission owed to you from each landlord for managing his properties. The software then automatically calculates payments due to landlords and will generate statements showing rents collected and commission charged for each property, with details of any disbursements. Tenant balances may optionally be included in the statement. You can also prepare individual income and expenditure accounts, balance sheet and VAT analysis for each landlord, as well as for your own Agency. Each managed property is linked to the landlord that owns it. Tenancy records hold details of the type of tenancy, its term and the tenants on it. Tenancy records can be retained on the system to maintain a history of previous tenants that have occupied the property. Rents can be based on any period such as weekly, calendar-monthly, quarterly, or you can define your own. Create job records, reminders, tenancy agreements and much much more!
