Not a browser-based solution. Our DocHawk Platinum 2.0 viewer application affords a new tier of attachment document viewing capabilities as our array of servers handles the heavy lifting for your device far beyond what can be done alone.
Maintains the original document appearance as well as technically possible. The person who crafted your attachment meant for the document to appear in a particular manner. DocHawk upholds their full intent thanks to our service's server-processing resources.
Provides clear viewing of text and graphics. DocHawk Platinum 2.0 offers zoom levels of 25% to as large as 150%, and once a page is retrieved, no further network communication is required in order to change zoom levels. We do our best to provide the true version of each document while ensuring that bandwidth consumption is kept to a reasonable level. At times, color richness may have to be reduced to ensure readability and quick throughput.
eFax support. This is made possible when the eFax customer logs into his/her eFax account via a personal computer browser, selects Account Overview, Preferences, Fax Options, and sets the Fax File Format to PDF. Faxes received from that point onward will be fully compatible with DocHawk.
Save pages locally. If you need to have access to documents while on-the-go in areas having less-than-stellar network coverage, DocHawk Platinum 2.0 will support you. Even if you are on a flight, saved pages are still accessible.
Integrates directly with the BlackBerry e-mail applet. 99.9% of the BlackBerry customer base accesses their e-mail in this manner. If you use a third-party e-mail access application on your BlackBerry, then please download the DocHawk Client trial version to see if an "Open with DocHawk" menu item appears, before you purchase our product.
Minimizes network traffic through compression techniques. Speed, clarity and accuracy are the hallmarks of DocHawk Platinum 2.0 while ensuring the lowest possible amount of network traffic.
Bookmark support. If your attachment has bookmarks, then DocHawk Platinum 2.0 will present them to you for quick and convenient navigation. Even if your document lacks bookmarks, DocHawk attempts to construct a bookmark list for you. Smart and intuitive.

Getting your document to you as quickly as possible was a core design consideration, so DocHawk Platinum's generous 20-page limit per document will serve the needs of even the most active customers, while still providing convenient and efficient thumbnail page viewing capabilities. Special note to Comcast customers having their Comcast e-mail forwarded to their BlackBerry: RIM and its affiliated service providers are working actively to resolve an attachment delivery issue, which makes attachments inaccessible. This issue is outside of DocHawk and an ideal workaround for this is to have your e-mail sent to your BlackBerry's web client address, as this will bypass Comcast in the mean time.
