For years, the majority of Mac OS users have faithfully surfed the internet using Apple’s Safari browser, enjoying its stability, speed and ease of use. But Safari has suffered from one distinct disadvantage when compared to its big rivals: a lack of extensions, such as toolbars.
There's a vast selection of add-ons out there for Internet Explorer and Firefox - but virtually none for Safari. Due to the lack of official extensions architecture, creating a dedicated toolbar for Safari was thought impossible.
