Okoker Audio Recorder & Editor is a powerful multimedia creation tool that can help you to edit any audio file or record new files for editing. You can import almost every format of audio files including mp2, vox, wav, ogg and raw for editing.
The editor draws a graph for the audio file that can be zoomed for precise cutting and editing. Cut, copy and paste tools can help you to cut or copy any part of the audio easily. Selection tool can be used to save desired part of the audio file to a new file or to play a selected part of the file.
You can change the sample rate of the audio file while editing it and without any third party software. Special effects like fade in/out, silence, normalize, flang, chorus, lowpass, band pass, high pass and revert can give professional touch to you audio files. You can change the tempo rate and pitch of the audio of the selected part of the audio file. This converter also supports single channel editing. So you can create media with surround sounds or say, 3D sound easily.
