Step1-Download and install ID card maker software on your window pc or laptop for creating id card for employees, students, and visitors.
Step2-Software provides three options to create an ID card: start with a template, start by using a wizard, and open with an existing label.
*Start with template- in this option software start creating ID card with the existing pre-defined templates.

*Open with existing pre-defined template- in this option software creates ID card with existing label format.
Step3-Software allows users to choose templates, card-size, width and height of ID cards as per the requirements.
Step4-Software has a Batch Processing Series option to design and print bulk ID cards with different barcode and text values at one time. The Batch Processing Series option also supports Excel or Text files.
Step5-Software also has Card Properties option which allow users to customized the shape, border, category and background of the ID card Using drawing tools, the user may add various designing items such as text, line, symbols, watermark, signature, barcode, and so on to make the id card more unique.
Step6-Software gives the user the option to go to the standard toolbar and select the Print option to print the generated ID cards. Adjust the printing settings as needed, and then press the Print button.
Step7-Software has inbuilt email option which allows users to send designed ID cards to single or multiple email IDs at a time
Step8-Software saved the id card as a PDF or image file format and also support various file formats like GIF, JPEG, BITMAP, PNG, and TIFF.
