PrintableCal is an add-in for Microsoft Excel and Word that enables the automated creation of printable calendars from a wide variety of sources, including holidays, Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, Exchange, Yahoo! Calendar, Toodledo, VueMinder, iCalendar (ics) files/URLs, iCloud, and more.
PrintableCal provides many calendar templates in a variety of layouts, such as yearly, monthly, weekly, Gantt chart, and agenda. The templates support word-wrap and can dynamically adjust their size based on the number of events.
The calendar templates can also be easily customized. If you know how to use Microsoft Excel, then you already know how to personalize PrintableCal's templates with different layouts, colors, pictures, logos, contact information - the possibilities are endless. Customized templates can be re-used again and again. They can also be exported and shared.
Besides adding the ability to generate printable calendars, PrintableCal also extends the Task Pane in Excel and Word to include a multi-month date picker and the ability to insert a color-coded calendar legend. In addition, PrintableCal offers an easy-to-use API for extending the software to support additional calendar sources and templates.
