Mailman Max is easy to use yet powerful bulk email sender for newsletter and marketing.

3. Flexible scheduler. You can set Mailman Max to send the emails daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, or at a specific time, with or without a time range, also you can set it to a specific weekday or weekend day.

For large amount of recipients, MailSender achieve this through multi-threads and multi-connnections, and it implements load balance between threads and connections.
