I got an email yesterday from one of my
three viewers and question they asked
was how to burn a music CD that will
play on your car stereo or any player
actually and a lot of people don't wanna
say most people a lot of people don't
realize you know the mp3 files or the
WMA files that you downloaded from the
internet generally come in a compact
they're compressed of their digitally
compressed to fit onto your mp3 player
you know so that you have more room but
for a for a disk to play it needs to be
decompressed the audio files need to and
then not only that but there's also
sometimes other information included
with the mp3 files called metadata which
is you know your album art and you know
other
there's other information they're
well-armed mode if you tried you if you
tried it to burn one on Windows Media
the problem with windows media player is
that they've got a lot of copyright
infringement and proprietary protocol
written into their program windows media
I don't have Windows Media i get rid of
it
so anyhow um the way that you burn a
disc like that
the easiest way and it's this is one
hundred percent free where there's no
nothing parasitic or no no spyware
adware nothing like that in the program

it's a shampoo burning studio 6 and this
is a like I said hundred percent
freeware program
so anyways are they have two versions
they have this version and they have
this newer version and it's a little a
little cleaned up you know they cleaned
up version of a see if the single boot
to track where ya ok this is the first
time i booted it so many as you can see
it just it has the same interface
basically just has you know a little bit
different font and look to it as all
this one here you do have to register
and then they they give it to you and
this is like I said free
there's a very few companies that i will
go through and actually register with
them but this one this company here is
really cool because I i did register
with them because they've got so many
giveaways like I've i have burning
studio 12
they've actually gave me the license for
it - so the either just have so many
freebies and its really it's a it's a
good company to go ahead and register
with so if you wanted this one
this version you know you can download
it and then up but like I said there'll

but if you want burning studio six
he just download it and install it you
don't have to register at all any time
you install a freeware program make sure
you go slow because sometimes they'll
trick you into you know if you don't
mark the right boxes or they'll add some
stuff on there that you don't want this
goes for most freeware programs not all
of them but a lot of them will do that
so just be aware when you're installing
it to do it slow read everything make
sure that you're not installing
something you don't want
so any help
when you open this up you're just going
to go to burn a rap music right here
sorry my my boss isn't running real well
and so you go to you know create an
audio CD so you'll do that and then
you'll go to add files you can also drag
and drop to like I have my files over
here and you just drag and drop them
into here
i'm on a on a compact disc you can
usually put anywhere between 17 to 22
audio files onto a compact disc
depending on the course there's the size
of the the file
so anyways I just kind of I made sure
that I had something with metadata in it
like this one this one has metadata
so just so that you can see that it
won't include it into the the burn
so it gives you see I can actually add
maybe one more song
this is a total of I think 19 songs yeah
that I could actually add one more but
just for the purposes of doing this
video I close my CD player
ok so
after we hit next then you are you want
to check your writing speed now the
slower you go the better
the speed is this is that for time times
for this is more for movies and programs
stuff like that
iso files let's see what we got here
we'll just go aight that the slower you
go the better the audio file will be
just sick
select ok and then you hit right and it
will start right here is works
decompressing and taking out all the
metadata and then once it does that then
you know it holds all that and then it
will start burning the file so and i'm
not going to go all the way through this
with you let you
I'll just I'll come back to you win it's
about done and then I'm going to take it
out to the card
throw it into the disc player so that
you can see you know that it does
actually play on the on the player now
generally you can tell if a disk is
going to be right if you turn it over
and look at the burning area where it's
been burnt and I you probably already
tried this and there's only a little
spot maybe a half inch an inch of the
spot where it's been burnt
so it was burnt at the compressed
version of it
so anyways I'm going to pause this as
soon as it gets to go in here and then
we will we will go from there
