If that doesnt work. take out the HDD from the PS3 and connect it to your PC. Make sure your PC is off, otherwise the drive might not be recognized.

Install HDD Regenerator. The trial is good for one error. If you have more than one, you will have to buy the program or use some other alternative methods to get the software. I guess you could say, you will need some Kickass methods.......
