ok how to welcome to my video tutorial
in this tutorial I am going to do a
review of easeus partition master
professional edition wanna say thanks
the easiest for sending me a free
license key to do a review
so some people probably don't know our
partition is if i go to my computer
as you can see i have a CD drive that is
called a partition so at the moment this
is my only drive
it's 20 gigabytes i'm in a virtual
machine and say on to install ubuntu or
windows 7 and I don't want to mess up
this install of windows XP
you'll have to create a new partition or
you could buy an external hard drive but
you don't want to pay for that
so i will show you how to make a
partition so open easeus partition
manager or master and this is a really
good partition manager you select this
which would be your current disk you can
see the name is to see dr the type is
fat32 the size 22 buy a used 3.3 google
by the unused 16.7 good what the status
is my system partition and it was over
its a primary or logical drive
so one thing to do is go to property see
some more properties about your drive
and one really cool thing if you've got
another partition or an external hard
drive and not to press copy and copy the
whole of the contents of the hard drive
onto another hard drive which is really
useful also you could go to resize and
move
so if i want to create a new partition I
need some unused space to have to shrink
my current partition so as you can see
it's 20 gigabytes I could use this over
here to drink it as you can see and all
I go to partition size and just type and
say I want 10 gigabyte what that will do
it will shrink that
- 10 gigabytes there'll be another ten
google by remaining
so as you can see that has shrunk to 10
gig and have an unallocated tangled
drive
now we have to make this into a drive
you press to create you can call it
something i could call it
windows seven something going to install
seven on this can select if you want a
primary logical drive i recommend
logical because your main drive should
be primary which is my XP install the
file system you can have fat32 or ntfs
that 32 is faster but ntfs is more
secure and it works better with windows
7 you can change the drive laughs you
can have a pfg whatever you want and you
can select the cluster size I'd
recommend default and press ok and now
you will have a new drive which will be
called e
but as you can see if i go to my
computer
it's not there so what you have to do
you have to go to apply say two
operations appendix that's going to be
the drink and the new partition so yes
and so one of the operating systems you
made require rebooting the press yes
so just reboot the system
okay and before you boot up say
something like the operation will start
the second press any key to a ball
so just leave it and now we'll start
I'll start checking the partition then
I'll start moving data from one
partition to the other than or update
the system then I'll start formatting
and it will just do the whole thing so
it was that quick as you can see it's
all done and that was on the like 10
seconds
so I'll just say reboot system in three
seconds
so now it's rebooting
ok so now it has rebooted and if i go to
my computer
you should see now I've got my local to
see and now I have someone called
windows 7 e of our opening at the moment
is blank
but when you're installing windows 7 or
open to whatever you want it to be you
select windows 7 or open to drive
whatever you called it and then it will
install on that and it won't do anything
to XP in store
