daddy in this lesson I'm going to
illustrate how you can combine multiple
PDF file
also into one PDF file was just a few
clicks as really easy to do
say for example i got booked 200 want to
2002 2003 and I can make one PDF file
out of the are all three files how to do
that click on the first one
hold the control key down and click on
the second one and hold the control key
down and click on third one
you notice all three are highlighted so
now I simply take a right click and a
combined supported files into acrobat
and I'm doing this with acrobat nine
this can also be done back about ten so
basically I'm gonna do I'm clicks
click on the support files when i do
that you get this dialog box
now this is really handy because once
you get the files in here you can
actually say you want two thousand want
to be at the bottom you can actually
move it down
ok you want 2003 on top you can move it
up so you can arrange it any way you
want
where it all is falls in order the way
you want to do once you do that if you
accidentally put one in here
you can also click on it and you can
remove it so now you're gonna have two
files
so if you put one in there an accident
no problem once you do that just simply
click combined files and you see it
working up there on top
it works is going to ask you that was
going to ask you for a file name so i
will call it call it look at it give it
a name and just simply click Save
and you see what we'll do is Adobe open
up
there's a BB and there's all my files
PDF files are combined into and i'm
scrolling pretty fast but you see right
now let me show you something right
quick I love you can see it's not i'm a
hundred and three page 203 so I actually
combine over 200 pages that quick ad
says it is
