Today, I take a trip to the Minecraftia Apple Store for the opening day of the iPad launch! I try and get my hands on the brand new Minecraft iPad first.. Will I succeed?

minecraft mod review and today i'm
currently outside in line at the
Minecraft year apple store
that's right Apple has now been brought
to Minecraft thanks to the ipad 2 mod so
I heard about this release yesterday and
I thought I get in here first
first in line to get my hands on a
brand-new shiny ipad so the store opens
in a few seconds and my god you people
allowed why did they add noises to you
in 1.6 Why Why What
you know you know i have got the
advantage here do you know why I've got
the advantage here because I can use
gates
i'm going to try and use the gate here
right get out of it oh my god this is
much harder than I thought was going to
be there we go

first ipad and that is right there any
of you come near me and blood will be
spilled over this i'm going in

so this is the hoone pad all the ipad
whatever you want to call it and when
you right click it you will get this
little gy with about 12 apps on it or 12
little kind of menus and stuff so the
first one is called settings and that is
currently blank because this is still a
kind of a work in progress Margie just
press this little circle button as you
would on a normal i planned to go back
to the menu then you've got a customized
feature which can change even the screen
tent color which is this in a kind of
light gray box or the outside black
boxes color so we'll change the cake
color just go for whatever we like it
just kind of goes through the colors
there's some pretty nasty colors on here
we can go for a nice kind of dark blue
that's pretty cool and you can be four
sit back to black just by pressing this
button very quickly and the screen team
is an interesting what I'm not really
sure to choose just go backwards for now
let's go for a beautiful that looks ok
but it's okay so it's going to press 0
and now we have that kind of interface
which is a very cool feature so the next
one we have is world now the world
offers quite a few things it tells you
the time in Minecraft x is currently
3839 whatever that means i'm not too
sure what the time frame is in Minecraft
I think that's definitely early morning
though and then we've got a few buttons
here we have toggle down for you can do
is press toggle down for and then you
can either click this circle button 2x
or press escape and the downfall will
occur there we go are you getting all
wet now her

he's so eager to get his ipad and then
we can turn this back off by going back
into world
toggle down for and none of the changes
that you make here will change until you
quit the ipad and

the world option our time date obviously
that would change it today and then
we've got time night which will
obviously change it tonight but we don't
want that right now because things are
going to spawn and things could get very
very ugly there we go hopefully nothing

the right click again and the other ones
we have are just u plus and minus time
by thousands just in case you want a
more precise time which is very very
cool
so the next one I am going to Italy for
a second the next to the creeper and the
rocket app are the very very cool ones
in this one's going to leave that for
now but we do have the player app which
has secret message and this only works
if you are one of the youtubers that
this mod creator put into the mod so I'm
not one of them at the moment but I'm
people I skydoesminecraft and venom and
as a whole list on the page will get
super messages then there is a suicide
button which it's probably quite fitting
that doesn't work right now
that is not very nice and another cool
feature is that it sold your location as
well
very cool if you do click suicide says
dantdm took a capsule of cyanide which
apparently does nothing cause so I don't
even know what I took what kind of pill
was that but anyway
yeah there we go it doesn't work quite
yet but it will do in the future then we
have movie which is quite interesting
you just click play and this little
thing works a little Jeff which is kind
of funny I guess it's about a hundred
and fifty frames long but I'm yeah it's
a work in progress at the moment so you
can't currently watching movies on your
little iPad but it just shows you what
this could be capable of
I'm not sure why donald duck is
bothering this creeper right now but
he's gonna pay for it so let's get out
of this menu and then we can go to
instant house now when you click this
you can see the energy is building up
all the way to about a hundred and just
to know this only works on client side
rather than multiplayer so now I've got
a hundred percent energy and we can
build one of three different houses so
the first one will cost twenty energy
the second one will cost 40 and the
third one will cost 60 so let's build
the team number one house
it will build it straight away and this
is all my word this is this is like a
tier - one house
look at this what is going on you only
just 15 nearby guess I guess is going to
work
it's going to work you're not going to
get hit too much but yeah I was just an
extra piece of dirt here anyway so it's
a way to support an extra dirt
if you really want that an extra torch
so let's go for a nother tiered house
that's right click go to instant house
and then click 18 number two house and
it will create one of those
what is this guy looking like that's a
bit better it's got glow stone in it
which is very interesting
it's got some glasses got some words
that is looking a bit better we can
actually fit a bed in there which is
which is worth it what else we got in
here we just got cold on the floor and
the glowstone is very interesting as
well save you going to the nether you
can just NAB that and use it for their
own house and now that's try a tier 3
house that's right click instant house
wait until they're 60 energy click this
bad boy and this is our new house lots
of ghosts own in the floor so who
definitely saving you many trips to the
nether and this one lacks a roof
unfortunately but does have a very nice
basis for a house
I don't think it costs the materials you
just cost the energy in the ipad which
is cool which i guess is understandable
because you have paid so much for the
ipad to make in the first place but a
very cool basis for either a room in
your house or a house starts all
together so that is pretty cool too so
that's have a look at some more apps
he has asked the baby villager has
escaped everyone why are you not looking
after your children you really want an
ipad that badly okay he's really running
off now you need to look after him
there's no babysitting out but there is
a brain teaser app now I will warn you
there are lots of flashing lights right
now

different variants look this variant ooh

this app is for me
brain teaser just flashing everywhere
and yeah that is the pregnancies our
appt very crazy and does hurt your eyes
so I'm going to get that are very very
quickly then we have the quick menu
which is kind of cool it will take you
to the main menu very quickly or allow
you to quit minecraft just from in-game
will also be able to tell you the modern
sword so currently i have all of these
mods installed about seven of them it
will tell you all of them without having
to go back to the main menu and what
else does it do it actually opens to
land as well so it's not as quick as
going to the start menu but still cool
if you happen to just be using your iPad
so the next one is
XP and this one will simply give you a
certain amount of XP or take it away and
it saves you putting in the very
complicated code
so I'm if you don't know the code this
is very handy for cheating your way in
its kind of like a cheat app you can
either just equal your xp200 or you can
add and subtract from it as well
and then when you click this button it
will be applied which is very cool
obviously i'm not in survival mode so
that won't work currently so why did
want to show you which of the two
coolest apps in the ipad are the creeper
and the rocket so the first one I'm
going to show you i think i'm going to
show you the rocket first
so that's right click go into rocket and
you can actually turn yourself into a
rocket you can launch yourself into the
air have a little bit of an explosion
and have a little bit of fun with this
so we can have to keep it on the default
height of 5 and then show you how crazy
that can be and just par explosion sighs
the two and see what happens and before
you click the 0 key just down here make
sure you click Launch otherwise it won't
happen so you just click the arrow key
and it just won't work all we set to
default so let's try this out right now
what the hell is going on it launched me
into the air cause a little explosion on
this tree with a little bit of a
particle effect and fired me in the air
so let's try this out a little bit we
can get very extreme of this
let's just go for a height of one with
no explosion and see what happens
there we go we just get kind of exploded
into the end no damage happens to the
scenery but let's go for an explosion
size of 10 and then our height of three
just to see what kind of explosion site
is occur in this app so let's do this
I feel it's going to launch I forgot to
click launch new mistakes so we're going
for was it was 10 and then a height of
two just so we can see how far you going
to go all damn yet that's a pretty big
explosion
look at all my words so now what we've
got left to try is to try and launch us
as high into the air as possible i think
this didn't just go infinitely I don't
think there's an end to it so you saw
how high five was
let's go for 30 click Launch press 0 and
we are going to be launched miles in the
air i'm actually going to bring up the
f3 menu when we click this arrow keys
CRI we're gonna go so 0 and all my damn
look our wow look at to the why we're
still going up right now - 1150 and now
we are falling very very quickly so even
do this in water so you're going to fall
into water
or expect to die very very quickly with
we're close to the Sun things are
getting crazy and we still falling
still falling down we managed to pick up
an egg somehow and here we go
finally landing to earth so i can
imagine how long it would take if you
went to like let's try 50
let's try a 20 explosion and see what
happens let's go 450
come on show me 250 there we go 50 and a
20 explosions this is going to be
flipping crazy click Launch click the
arrow keys are again a ban AR look at
that Y value we're going all the way up
to just all my god was still going up
2060 on the y axis that is absolutely
crazy what the heck is coming on right
from your iPad
hopefully they don't invent this app in
real life it could be very dangerous /
in Minecraft we can do it or we like to
add we're hitting a thousand on the
y-axis is now falling down
we'll be able to see the destruction
that has been caused so let's check it
out and not sure how long this is gonna
take before being pretty fast right now
here we go here we go the the bland
should coming to you right now
and yes we have caused a lot of
destruction it kind of goes in a bit of
a funny pattern look at this is leaving
some lines leaving kinda like a
checkered pattern elsewhere and leave
the really cool pattern in the ground
which looks cool so this is the
destruction with the rocket app so
imagine the destruction with the creeper
app so let's do this let's oh my god
even realize it was a ravine there
they didn't you pick the location very
well this apple store did they play
anyway this tryout this creeper app so
we're going to right click go on to the
creep and you have a lot of options the
first one is explosion sighs you can
have another infinite amount i haven't
found a maximum for yeah i think i went
up to about 500 and it was absolutely
insane
so I'm you can try that out see if you
can find a maximum for it you can also
set the x y&z locations you don't have
to explode exactly where you are
so all default just select your position
where you are but you can plus the X so
you can go on backwards and forwards up
and down you can even set an explosion
to happen just where bedrock is which is
pretty cool but for now we're going to
make a massive explosion sighs and show
you what happens when you just leave on
default so for now let's just go for a
nice 50 explosion and then we'll go for
one that's even more click explode press
0 and when you quit your iPad or put it
down you will explode ready 321
go oh damn look at that it's a bit yeah
that's definitely a better explosion
than the rocket look at it goes a bit d
place still has this strange pattern
about it but I think it looks pretty
cool it drops all the blocks so it's
really cool for mining as well
wow cool experience to get experience
more the halls that you blow up that is
pretty sweet so that is a level 50
explosion we're going to try two hundred
i'm not sure what happened here
that is weird look at that it's kind of
like crop circles but in the grass so
let's try this
we're going to take these to pick some
pinkies died as well poor little guys
but more peas are gonna die
so we can have a creeper and I will join
you when i get to 200
this is going to be absolutely insane i
haven't tried this out yet hopefully the
apple store does survive
I'm hoping that does happen so let's go
let's try 100 actually because this
could be a bit too destructive I kind of
want the apple store to stay so that all
of them
lovely villagers even though are
annoying will get their ipad so let's
click explode 00
oh yes look at that are haha oh wow look
at this strange little pattern it's
still kind of cool though it's a really
cool way to kind of find little dungeons
and little cave systems and stuff like
that but it looks really really cool
I must admit that does make a really
cool pattern so that is the creeper app
I'll quickly show a demonstration on how
to make an explosion just away from
users to choose explosion size 5 and I
think the x-axes forwards and backwards
or side to side let's go for suspended
10 the other way so its press this and
where did I explode where did they
explode
you can't really tell all the time
because the explosion size is very small
but let's try that once more just kind
of set it to plus and explode here we go
there we go look explodes over there so
if you have like a friend's house in the
distance and you work out of your
coordinates where it is
this could be a very very truly app but
overall this ipad in Minecraft all in
bad sorry is very very hilarious so all
know

the the explosion physics on these are
very strange looks like like pieces of
dirt just like plowed into the surface
kind of like meteors
but it looks like every
it is ok just what I'm actually that's a
bit of a life there's one there's one
baby left with 18 health at least

all the item frames have disappeared
there's glass damage
what's have I done so yeah that is
pretty much the ipad mod there's lots of
fun to be had with this especially with
the creeper and the Rockets app so if
