Hello in this video i will show you how to clean up your registry, this will help speed up your computer a little bit. first thing that you want to do is go download a program Ccleaner, then install it. once it is if you are running windows vista/7 run it as an administrator. Once the program loads just click on registry on the left bar and click scan for issues this could take a few minutes, once that is complete just click on fix all selected issues, but be sure to do the back up just in case it removes something it shouldn't do this process about 3 or 4 times to make sure you get everything
