two desktops one displayed on a monitor
and will be available if extend these
displays is selected in the Windows
Control Panel these options are useful
if you need to switch between
applications quickly and wish to gain
the full benefit of magnification and
multiple monitors to adjust these
options
simply open the supernova control panel
select the visual menu from the menu bar
and then select multiple monitors ban
treats the multiple monitors as if they
were one large monitor when you magnify
the screen both desktops are magnified
and both monitors track the focus on
screen
side-by-side applications treats the two
monitors separate II when you magnify
the screen both monitors will be
magnified however the magnified area
will only move on the monitor where the
mouse cursor is being made this is
useful if you are copy typing from
different applications or if you use a
lot of hooked areas as you can position
your hooked areas on the second display
to stop focus from being lost when you
switch monitors supernova has a switch
monitor hockey simply press caps lock
and middle mouse button to jump between
the two monitors without losing focus on
either monitor you can add and remove
different hockey's force which monitors
by clicking the Add button beneath the
switch monitor hockey list and then
selecting your preferred key combination
you can also set a level of resistance
experienced by the mouse pointer moving
between the multiple monitors by
clicking the mouse buffer tick box and
adjusting the resistance slider you can
determine how hard the mast needs to
push against the side of the screen in
order for it to pass to the next monitor
this is useful when using different
applications on each monitor as it
prevents the mouse accidentally moving
over to the second monitor and losing
focus on the application you have open
presentation mode is designed for use
when working with Microsoft PowerPoint
PowerPoint comes with the option use
presented view which allows the present
to view notes on the slides while the
audience only sees the show presentation
mode in supernova allows you to apply
magnification color schemes and
highlighting 2 presenter screen while
the slideshow a place without displaying
any of supernovas visual setting to
allow supernova to work with presented
you click the presentation mode box in
the multiple monitor options if
PowerPoint is set to display the
slideshow on monitor to then select two
from the monitor and shows desktop drop
down menu used if PowerPoint is set to
display the slideshow on monitor one
then select one from the monitor and
shows desktop drop down menus finally
click Apply to start using presentation
mode now when you play a presentation
the selected monitor will display the
un- magnified presentation while the
other monitor will allow you to view
presentation note with your preferred
visual settings
