It's over a decade, but the Matrix screensaver still rocks. I mean, seriously it looks awesome! I have hunted down the best three free matrix screensaver for you guys that you can set up easily on your Windows 7 machine. There are three raining codes, the first one is slowly zooming to the green matrix code, the second one is more sharp and it's just a raining matrix code screensaver, and the third one has the best graphics I guess.

I cannot really decide which one is the best, I like all the three matrix screensaver presented here. Download them easily from it's website, it takes no more than a minute to set it up. Enjoy, I hope you like it!

You may find some sounds that doesn't match or are not synchronized or green screen mistakes but I was in rush and new projects just come fact that makes me to upload this one the way it is.

And I really don't want to change anything else because I want to move on with the stuff & experiment more green screen and set extensions. Analyzing the "matrix upgrade" for my point of view it's very clear that looks like a student work and amateur sound design.

The intro looks all right but the sound doesn't convey the idea of matrix or Si-Fi being more like an advert background for Nike. Talking about the next shot when matrix is coming back to the new system I really like the breathing effect adjusted into a 3d large space going to a digital Pre-visualization. The visual effects for the radar look very amateur and non-realistic but for a rushed project should be fine and the sounds make you feel rather in a submarine then a high technology basement. I tried to fixed the dialogues but it was recorded in a noisy room and that meant a pain in my ass when I have to remove the noise and tried to give a cinematic style.

For all of this mistakes I have to say something: FOLEY ROOM! There it will be the place where any little sound it will be recorded. There will be the mother of sound design.

Check the difference here between the original sound, that have been recorded in a simple noisy room because from the official room we could hear the traffic and that's the enemy of continuity, and you can see a huge difference analyzing the sound that have been edited int Soundtrack Pro.

Of course you can see the the dialogue is out of sync but that's because Mr. Anderson have spoke in a different way when we've recorded the dialogues again. The huge problem was that the only day when I could bring the actors together was Wednesday morning and we had around 3 hours to finish everything. Just imagine me setting alone two lighting kits, camera, boom and the location, one hour just passed away, and then because I was an idiot and I didn't send the script in time we had to loose around 30 minutes for practice and then another 30 minutes for multiple takes. I'm happy and lucky because I finished it in time!
