hey guys it's mary and today i am making
a vision board
are you guys in Division board this
video is actually a collaboration
between TJ maxx and I'm just so excited
and thrilled to do this video
the reason I chose a vision board is
because the entire collaboration is
about remarkable women and people that
have made a difference in your life and
in my life
a woman named Nancy wood has made a huge
difference in mind she's been my mentor
she is like my spiritual guru
you get to meet Nancy we do a whole
thing about why she's so great some of
the kids she helped you guys definitely
have to check that out because she's
awesome and you might as well see you in
person because she's just like the
cutest person in the world an idea that
she's taught me is that you're always
supported the universe always supports
you
no matter what you might not be
supported with who and how you want to
be supported like it might not look like
the person you want to be supported by
the exactly you want to be supported by
them but if you just release and relax
you're always supported and I just in my
own experience I've heard of so many
different things of people that have
made these that literally have like
pulled it out from underneath their
mattress and we're like everything on
the vision board came through forgot it
was even there
the person who sends out positive
thoughts activates the world around him
positively and draws back to him
positive results
waldo emerson let me tell you guys right
now I had a cat growing up named Ralph
Waldo Emerson
so it's about stepping into that and
welcoming that life into your so if you
need to make changes if you need to
progress if you need to do anything to
make that more welcome in your
experience then that's what you do so
that's your end of the bargain
I try to make a vision board once a year
maybe twice a year I think our vision
changes our life changes
it can be something that looks like what
we want right now and there's no reason
that that can't progress
there's no reason that we can't keep
evolving with that vision and with our
light as we grow - I like to separate my
vision board into four quadrants I think
it's a good way to show
I don't know how balanced you are and
kind of trying to have like a balanced
life that you're moving towards
envisioning and wanting and it's a
really good way to go am i leaving other
things out because I really want all of
this and that's what is going to make my
life great
so first his career finance money
whatever that is for you
I personally went crazy with career here
i think it's an awesome time to go okay
what do I want to feel like what about
how do i want to connect with people
where do I want to appear how do I want
to be perceived what do I want to step
into it ultimately what are these
visions and goals that I have for my
life and I just get to kind of put them
all there and and have it be really just
mosaic and like ideas and I like this
word and this is what it feels like
and it's about this tonality of emotions
as well
my next one is health and wellness now
this is just how you want to show up in
the world in your physical body and it
can be internal to it can be is as
simple as like meditation and
in establishing that practice for
yourself or having that more regularly
it can be hiking it can be a fit body it
can be clear glowing skin it can be just
radiating and how you feel most in
health and in tune and an alignment with
your body because i think overall it's
health and wellness
so I love this because it really
balances that out the next one is love
and relationship
now this is not just love for a
boyfriend or a girlfriend or a husband
or a light or whatever
this is love and relationships in all
areas so what do you want to attract
into your life in that way
I want to attract lots of fun friends
and just fabulous people to hang out
with I want love
I you know I'd like to be moving towards
having a family and my last area is
creativity
so this is where I get to have kind of
fun and who I want a horse
you know I want a bar and I want to have
this life i want to travel what do I
want that to be and it gets to be all
like the fun stuff that you don't want
know what area to put it into so it gets
to just be like creative and what you
want and what you want to see in the
world and what you want to experience
and what you love and that's it
and so that's how i do my for sort of
quadrants I separated off and glue them
down accordingly
and then when you look at you like oh
wow this is pretty balanced why i love
and relationships I've got career and
because it's in the four and it kind of
has to like all fit
it sort of just does and ultimately
that's really what I want is I want a
life of joy of fun of creativity of
fulfillment of service of giving back
that's huge huge huge thing for me so I
support you i love you i hope this can
be a community where we all support each
other because ultimately like that's
what I want to do I want to help people
just I feel like as long as my basic
needs are taken care of and my basic
needs to include vuitton luggage
I just want to devote my life to service
and that's that's it

role model or mentor to someone as you
