its review for video games is a Mac
program available directly from their
website or from the Mac App Store it
comes in two versions there is a free
version which doesn't allow you to add
stickers text review of a loading zone
and there's a paid for version which is
this version here and allows you to
create gifts from videos so you can I
use your webcam it will slow down low
parks and you can hit record do whatever
you want to do in front of the webcam
hit the record button again to stop it
then hit open and use a video where you
can add a video directly from your hard
drive there is a middle option here
YouTube which is where you post paste in
a youtube link and download video
directly into the program however I have
to start this review after pointing out
this region does not work at the moment
I don't know if it's going to fix any
time soon or not but YouTube update the
website and functionality is now broken
in this program so let's just forget
about this for now you can either create
gif directly from webcam or from a video
on your hard drive
let's use the hard drive option you get
this option up unless you remember my
choice before do you want to reduce the
size and say 1080p or whatever the video
might be to 640 now it says 645 648 and
if it was literally 641 648 might take a
widescreen video and squash it up
square but it doesn't do that it doesn't
do quite what it says basically takes
your video makes a wet 64 day and then
whatever the correct ratio is for the
height make it to keep aspect ratio so
does keep that aspect ratio of the worry
about it looking where it reduce size to
make it smaller because we want wanna
1080p
ok let's just pause the video starts
playing with sound so you can if you
want to get a little bit of a clip cut
out where somebody's talking to get the
course will have sound but sometimes you
want to have some lickin some sort of
quote from a movie or whatever and then

file there would be no text on it and
why might that be
that is because we have to go here there
we go
start and end time there's no start and
end point to find so we have to find
what we want this to star so let's
roughly two star of this clip i think is
proposed for seven so we can hit start
then then we can play it safe
to stop it and so now we've designed a
star and employ and if you forget to do
this you have no text in your video and
that is a little bit annoying for me
because I have used other services for
making gifs other programs and how most
you hit a text saying there is two texts
on the preview and if we were to then
render that as a file it would be on the
whole file and yes you might not always
want that but then what you would do is
say okay I don't want the whole video in
1 it only in this one sec 2 seconds or
whatever of it you would then go to
manage to manage and set the duration
but if you don't set a duration by
default in love over programs it's just
there on the whole Claire and a lot of
the time that's what you want you see

entire clip from start to finish and I
haven't bothered to a certain point in

program is it the way it handles text

another piece of software for making

in the whole clip unless you specify
which is great but the one thing that
doesn't do is it doesn't have a text box
that you can alter the size of the
window and you can't rotate it from the
window you basically
or you can do is move side to side up
and down there's no handles for the size
or rotation you have to base a double
click on it then you get pop up here
with a little type type of a text editor
no box you see on our website whatever
and you can change your phone and then
specify size now I like how this program
does have an actual text box on the
screen you can resize using handles and
rotate it and also so the only problem
I've had with this program is where
hundreds duration of texts ok then I
show you next year is just a separate
low dialogue here for Texas let you text
open this another tab over here next to
this text you can select from various
fonts you can then select regular bold
italic if i phone supports a justice I
say ok we want 24 there we go we can
have it centered left aligned right
aligned change the color of finalists
cases white with a black outline we
could change it to say black were white
outline or green pink outline whatever
you want using these boxes here we can
even turn off the outline if we don't
want outline I normally keep outlines
arm because sometimes it can be a little
hard to say without an outline we can
also add a shadow because of the black
outline and more because the top fond of
used it doesn't look right but quite
often I do you shadows shadows under
text but if you want to turn on here
change even change the color of the
shadow the directions shadow is coming
from and if you have a little things are
blurry and things of that here you can
also get to the OS tends to be four from
panel from here they opened up which are
used to from other programs

depends upon the clip you might want to
play around with the settings but I tend
to use auto and I tend to use 12 or 24
frames I try to use 12 if I can because
less frames the smaller file size of
course we can then see that this
particular clip a leash with 12 frameset
has a frame counter 54 it is about four
seconds long and it is 640 height 360
Wii then Candice hit Save wait for it to
extract and render the frames that if
you have optimized on it will then say
optimized end up here once thats done to
ask you where you want to save on your
computer such as you download for your
images photo your documents or whatever
then you hit Save dislike on any save
dialog and you down

programs don't have that i think is so
handy someday she just sort of go to the
star and hit play and keep playing over

how this has the play what plays
automatically from the start of your
clip to the end and stops very handy
recommended I definitely or very least I
would say go to market store if you use
Mac App Store and download the free
basic version it doesn't have text or
stickers so you can try that out but you
can try out the rest of it you can try
importing videos and using the webcam
you can try adjusting the settings in
creating one and see what it looks like
it I think its crop unfortunately
doesn't have I don't think it has crop
in the free version but it does it does
have the G want optimize it as a 640
get gas and most features just really
just sticker and text but at least we
allow you know to disclose spending
money money you can actually play around
with the interface and see if it loads
your videos ok exacta to recommend you
give the free version try first link in

recommend you personally try the free
