wanted to show you how to resize the
partition this is a free a bit of
software
oh I want to say that ease us or ease us

doing resizing a partition so when i
launched this i recently upgraded to
Windows 10 and I did it on a separate
partition on the hard drive and so on
I've been having to move stuff over from
my old partition because every external
hard drive i have is completely packed
fool some this is I'm having to do this
the very very slow way
ok so what we're gonna do here is this
is my old partition so what we're going
to do is we need to shrink this one so
that we can enlarge this one just see dr
is always your main driver
it's always the partition that you're
bleeding too
ok so click on this one we're going to
click on this around and you need to
right click on it and go to resize or
you can just click on it and go back
over here during status either way is
perfectly so we're going to resize not
your immediate instinct is gonna go to
right here you're going to try to type
in stuff for use the buttons on this not
you don't need to do that literally all
you have to do is come right up here and
drag it down
it's going to shrink it then so that's
step one of this can see if you look
right here shows unallocated space after
we shrink that shows that were shrinking
that much extra space so about 12 weeks
worth your head okay now what we're
doing that's the shrinking part now what
we're going to do is we want to add that
to our C partition so we're going to
click on see rotation and again you need
the right foot comment or resize or you
can do that here to resize this time
round up i'll right click on it resets
ok so now what we want to do is we want
to take it right here we want to stretch
this out and we're adding all of that
another kid space that we had to this
partition go ahead okay
alright so now what we're going to have
to do is hit apply as you see and
appending operations resize and resize
right so now what we have to do is we
have to hit fly right
someone hit apply and we'll try to get a
recorded doing its process with my
family show
forgive me that's not the best quality
we're gonna hit apply to operations are
currently pending you want
why yes we do i print miracle rebooting
yes
ok so we've got the computer restarting
at the moment
ok slowing back in the windows
using see it brings up the partition and
right here this you see starting to move
it shows that its operation 1 of 2 which
was shrinking that first partition the
second operation will be extending the C
Drive adding that free space to that
partition and once it's complete
we'll be right back up into windows and
you're good to go i will show you what
that was i will show you after it loads
back in the windows show you're resizing
partitions ok guys so you can see now
the backup in the windows that 12 gigs
that we took from the e drive is not
been transferred over the C Drive know
about 35 gigs free and there's one about
nine gauge free on this one arm like I
said it's like that because i installed
i have windows seven installed as my
main system and I Shrunk that head to me
an allocated space i installed Windows
10 to it decided to stay with windows 10
so I'm slowly migrating on my stuff over
to my new partition so that can get rid
of this one altogether i hope this helps
