Learn how to use Dell’s support site to find and download drivers for your Dell.
To begin, navigate to dell.com/support
For the best results, enter your service tag or click "Detect my Product" to automatically retrieve your service tag.
You can also manually select your product model below.
Click “Yes, I agree" after reading the terms and conditions.
This installs 'Dell System Detect' if not installed previously.
Click the 'Drivers and Downloads' tab.
Click the 'Service Tag' button to see the list of drivers applicable for your computer.
Click the “Download” link below the driver you need to download
Click “Save as”
and choose the destination folder to save the file.
To download multiple drivers, Click “Add to My Download List”
Once you have selected all of your drives, click “Go to My Download List”
Review your list and check the drivers you wish to download
Click the “Download selected file(s)” button
and Click “download only" and choose the location to save the files
Your drivers will now start to download.
Once the download completes, run the driver application and follow on screen prompts.
