Wondershare Flash Gallery Factory Deluxe - PW Tutorial Part 2 of 2

his tutorial shows how to use Wondershare Flash Gallery Factory Deluxe for making Flash SWF videos of your photos. We focus on how to make a Slideshow from a Wondershare premade template, and add transitions and effects. We aso include how to edit photos within the application, saving the need for using Photoshop. I've found that this some shatter effect
works ok so if you want to emphasize
change the shatter effect is ok

four seconds is long i tend to find
especially seeking up to a song because
I you won't fit all these slides in
within the song you can also do another
right click here set photo duration and
we can make
probably i think one second is often
enough time so let's go down to one
second and we can apply that to all the
pictures so this is a handy way of just
fixing them all up i find to be shorter
and then in my opening 1 i'll just going
to edit that I want that guy to hang
around a bit longer and where I've got
those little transition setup like I've
done a title slide about the guys farm
here on that one I'll just kind of make
that one bit longer as well and maybe
give that three seconds alright if you
want your arm teachers to flash by fast
especially if you're trying to reduce
the length of your slideshow to get it
to fit into the movie which is what into
the soundtracks are two movies what
we're doing with you can put our just
have no delaying and we're going to do
this you'll see in the final finished
video on a website here with these
surfing pictures we can go bang bang
bang one second straight after each
other
alright so that's a handy tip to know ah

in a little clip art if you want to

for something to do so here's a little
clip art guys so you could add him in
down here as part of so you kinda looks
like he's part of the template you can
also resize and so making a little bit
small

there and we'll go for an animation now
on the animation let's just have some
sort of some crystal stars appear ok so
that just tells us this crystal stars on
this it doesn't control where they
appear wondershare seems to know the
most detail that photos where the tower
is so it kind of makes them appear there
first so you can see this playing you
can
just play that shot i think
was playing yeah this will just play
that slide as it's going to appear when
it comes in
alright and then the be disappears now
we could make the Beast around longer by
double-clicking on it
just press
escape to get out of that so on that b/c
here has got the duration you can make
it transparent and things like that i
think you can make it a clickable link
to go to a our website as well so that's
quite a lot of on different things you
can do here
alright so that's all in decorate where
we've got that all right when we're
finished and got everything going
that's when we're ready to create out
its WF movie now unlike the DVD
slideshow maker you cannot make this
into like an mpeg-4 just load straight
up to youtube and you can't make it into
an API that's going to use another
project or anything like that only
creates swf files the idea of this this
package is
what it's supposed to be for is if you
want a little slideshow running on your
webpage so let's say if you were a
holiday destination like perhaps a
friend's farm as a farm state farm he
might want to have on his homepage in
the middle of a little slideshow playing
about things around his farm and local
sites and things to do so you would make
that and the web design would then take
the swf and put it onto the web page and
we use it you're past the world to make
SW slideshows which we put onto our blog
side page
alright if you do want to put it to
youtube as we've done well then in that
case you need to film your slideshow
when it's finished
so we're just going to publish and
create SW it
and we'll have a look at that now if you
want of course to make this something
you load up to youtube
well then you need to have the thing
running and film it with Camtasia or
another screen capture program like Jing
and then you can film this guy running
in HD and then upload that to you too
but you will lose some quality on the
slides as you can see here that a
slideshow and flash that quality on the
photos is really good with this one to
share software and you will lose some of
that quality when of course you film it
so there's a little B&R affects their
flying around so there's a lot of things
you can do you spend a lot of time
working on this and getting your final
shots right

they're running really quickly that's
what happens if you have one second and
no transition effect so if you need to
get through some stuff quickly where
people just need a quick peek at it not
so good for photo the children's people
want probably have a bit of a longer
look at them you can just have no
transitions that's probably about all we
need to say for this it's a great
product and really great fun and the
templates are just really magic when you
want to tell a little story
ok one last thing we need to show you
guys is how to add sound onto your
slideshow so how to add music now as a
few ways of doing it down here in the
bottom left-hand corner got the music
note and as it says above there you can
either right click to add music
or you can simply double-click on there
and that'll take you in to add music as
well that's also if you're in effect tab
the moment down the bottom here there's
add music you can click on add music
there and then it's just simply a matter
of browsing to where you've got your
music and we'll just find that music I
think here it is we're going to use a
canteen song going up the country so we
open that up and
that will come in here and that's now in
our slideshow along the bottom all right
now kinda doesn't show us on a timeline
where the music ends we can edit the
music you can put faden's and fade out
and like to you should just have loop
the background music automatically so
that it'll just restart with the
slideshow or if your music is too short
for the slideshow it'll just done fade
out and then fade back in again so i
suppose if you is to short you'd
probably unclick fade out so it didn't
um make
any fade-out perhaps and do it that way
alright so
that's pretty much it for adding music
if it's really just to basically a
one-click step get your mp3 file and
then put it in
