what to do if you need to reset your
wordpress admin password via ftp if
you've lost your wordpress password you
can recover using ftp here's what you do
step 1 login to your ftp account step to
go to XX /w p-type and content /a teams
forward slash whichever is your active
theme
step 3 download the functions . PHP file
step 4
delete the pre enter text your new
password with the actual new password
that you want to use
step 5 upload the edited functions that
PHP file to your ftp account
step 6 login to your WordPress with your
new username
step 7 remove the code from your edited
functions that PHP file and complete the
process by uploading it to your ftp
you're done
