USER: Who is the detector for?
If you are looking for a starter detector for a child, the Bounty Hunter Junior is ideal. The Junior model has a shorter 30-inch pole and is light enough for children as young as 6-years-old. Adolescents a little taller will do better using the VLF Metal Detector or the Fast Tracker.
