featured on national TV show tomorrow
the homeowners say they're living in the
middle of a violent haunting and they
invited fox43 to take a look inside
fox43 is katie Kairos took the tour and
Katie you weren't exactly prepared for
what you saw
no I had no idea what to expect and I
know a lot of people don't believe in
this stuff but you can take a look at
what happened to us inside the house and
decide for yourself this home looks
quiet from the outside but owner Deanna
Simpson says several ghosts are haunting
it and she's caught them in photos and
recordings including this one
the majority are bad dark forces on
human just a couple minutes into the
interview our photojournalist Nick felt
his wrist burning are you okay did you
get scratched
he was behind the camera but Simpson
knew what had happened right away
oh my gosh he'd been scratched Simpson
says it's happened to her her husband
and friends many times before
that's unbelievable wall god bless you
you know why because you're telling the
story because you're putting it out
there because they don't want that is
there i'm just telling you right now
that is their way of a warning she took
us on a tour of the house she shot video
of this door if that is you would you
please shut that door
oh it appears to close on its own yours

oh my gosh about fell to my knees I
trembled because as soon as i said it
you never think that's going to happen
simpsons as she often these orbs on this
stairway behind the door
it leads up to the master bedroom this
determines whether I sleep upstairs or
down
this part of the master bedroom and
bathroom is an area where we've seen a
lot of activity so far and both Simpson
and her cat have been pushed down these
stairs before while we sit at the top of
the stairs Simpson recorded on her
cellphone camera she was hoping it would
catch orbs but it shows something else
to it looks like a hand
Oh what my did you see that Simpson says
it looks like someone she's seen before
and it's not a ghost it's a demon
it's been seen in the basement when it
came on me I couldn't breathe I I
couldn't scream I couldn't move so far
in this house nick has been scratched
I've been touched and pinch we've seen
strange light on the walls and heard
noises and we haven't even gone down to
the basement yet there is a place on the
Shadowman sure this photo was taken with
a deer camera in the basement of this
picture right here is the Shadowman he's
about 7 foot tall Simpson says she's
scared by what's happened but she and
her husband have lived in this home for
seven years her grown daughters refused
to stay here we put everything into this
house and we do want to move but we
would have to list it at such a price to
where we could recoup what we put in
meanwhile the family has invited mediums
researchers and priests to visit the
home the results of one investigation
will appear on the travel channel show
the dead files Simpson says there's a
history of grisly deaths in the house I
have to prove to people who are life so
that way they understand whatever you
think we weren't in a hurry to come back
anytime soon
with all this dead files episode on the
home will air tomorrow on the travel
channel and there's gonna be a lot more
going on that show about the history
ok that is bizarre and this is our

I did get scratched basically when we
walked in the home I didn't feel
anything at first and then as soon as we
sat down and I was shooting the
interview with katie i felt it was
something like a piece of hot metal
almost
just it was really strange i've never
felt anything like that before and then
I looked out on my wrist and I noticed
there was a scratch their I wasn't gonna
say anything at first and then Deanna
asked us ask me is any is are you okay
did you get scratch and then I admit I
would notice that I was like yeah this
this actually happened with I've never
felt anything like that in my life
it did you believe in ghosts and demons
prior to this happening
I like watching the shows but actually
didn't really believe in it until this
actually happened was very skeptical
until this and so has your opinion and
it changed as well I mean both of you
because I mean yes I mean I thought I
didn't think anything would happen in
this home and we brought a Ouija board
because I thought we'd have to bring it
in
yeah anything happened and deanna didn't
even want to bring in the door she
thought it would be
she is just dangerous with what's going
on in her house and now I mean they're
just things that we can't explain that
happen there you know she has a lot of
photos of people with scratches that
have been in our house before but I
never thought that was going to happen
when we went inside the home
wow that is really interesting how does
she even sleep at night huh that's funny
yeah they're trying to play a trick on
us
I don't she's brave she and her husband
are very brave today and I think that
they just tried to come to terms with it
but it's an unusual feeling inside that
home when he got scratched I almost
thought we have to stop the interview
and leave we're like five minutes and I
don't think we could stay with such a
scary feeling so it's pretty unusual

Kim Peterson was curious to when she
reviewed security tapes a couple weeks
ago and saw that motion sensors kicked
cameras into action and there wasn't any
action in the gym so I just call my
security company and said it was their
light bulb going out going to get up and
clean the lens and they just they
reviewed it and said I have no idea
about it
security cameras caught a white or
wandering around the gym the orb hovers
and lingers near the dumbbells it leaves
the frame then comes back and kick the
motion sensors into action a total of
nine times between two and four thirty
in the morning i'm sure there's a
logical explanation but not one
provision security has been able to come
up with in the last two weeks reps told
us the system is activated by motion but
not just any motion they say a bug
wouldn't turn this model on or dust it
would take much more than headlights
passing by six hundred other clients
have the same system but none of them
have ever recorded a mystery why your

used to house a jewelry business down in
the basement until someone or something

this old building with a dark history it
was built back in 1902 a speakeasy and
brothel Jim tells us a place for
prostitutes and bare-knuckle brawler
home of the rough-and-tumble world of
Roughnecks and railroad workers you can
still hear the trains running nearby the
railroad town it was an oil town lot of
rough characters and a lot of them are
right here down there in that basement
we're asking any spirit people ghost
people come close to either Christine or
myself in the 30 or so times the team
has returned here with their microphones
and meters and cameras and recorders jim
says they've encountered several spirits
several shadows moving here and moving
there they say they even got to know
some by name or at least by nickname one
of them Jim tells us goes by cowboy you
pretty scary-looking dude argue that
most of the spirits they run into
upstairs these ghost hunters say are
mostly pleasant but as for the ones down
here down in the basement gym warns
watch out the people in the basement not
always so nice folks people have been
hurt down there they have been scratched
bruised punched
I've had my hat taking off down there
perhaps some sake
the basement is where all those bare
knuckles proved to us toughest and still
don't think the brawl is over even a
century later if you can focus on this

their haunted journey
