hello guys i'm going to show you today
how to fix the issue with the logon
screen problem like on my computer
without what was going on was it would
just stay on the welcome screen after
you login you just welcome welcome
welcome welcome and then the screen the
whole screen turns black and you see the
mouse pointer here so a temporary fix
that i found by searching on YouTube was
that you can open up the task manager by
pressing ctrl alt delete and you click
on processes and you either if you have
Windows 8 you can reset the the process
which is a the explorer . exe which is
the windows explorer the other thing you
can do it if you don't have Windows 8
you and the process then you go on let
me show you guys real quick
alright so here it is and it popped up
here and what you do is you click on new
task and you put like explorer.exe and
the press ok it will pop up and it will
open again and then your desktop will
appear but then I found out later on
that process that was stopping my my log
my computer from login and keeping the
screen black was this process called run
once . DX e which is like the full name
is run once rapper apparently and i'm
not sure if it has a malware or
something my computer technician told me
was like a spyware or something but
anyway so what I did was I looked up on
Windows see if I can want to find the
website here
i believe it was let me see if I can
find it in the history
here it is and now i will leave a link
in the description just you if you just
in case you guys still don't find a
solution to this issue because there's a
lot of people here who posted comments
and stuff and maybe one of these answers
will help you out maybe but i believe
this video is the general solution to
the black screen issue to the problem
anyway so what you do is you go i found
one of the answers here . help me out
you gonna go on the search for the start
search or whatever what whatever uh
depending on which windows you have you
searched up run once and there it is
right there
I have until I decided not to the lead
it since i'm making this video but I
once it was in the trash can
it turned out that my computer went back
to normal
so apparently i'm not sure if this is
really from Microsoft I don't know so i
don't think it is because maybe it is
maybe it isn't and maybe it's infected
with malware or maybe I also saw here
that it had to do with the windows the
latest Windows Update but I don't know
so anyway you're going to search run
ones here and you can just click and
delete it straight away you're gonna
have to go to what i did was i I open
the file location and it here it is
system32 arm yet on windows system32 and
you're going to go to properties and
here you see a general culpability
security details you're gonna go on
security alright
going to go security and you're going to
edit here
alright so and apparently what you're
gonna have to do is you're going to have
to click here a full control and click
OK
I don't need to do it anymore because i
already did and uh I guess it went away
since I restore the file so and actually
if you click on advanced not bad if you
click on advanced here it's going to
show the file other the permission
entries and it's actually I i actually
removed it was appearing like I believe
it was called a trusted installer or
something which may be a I don't know
could be spyware could be anything i
don't i'm not certain on what it is
exactly could be a virus apparently or
spider out
but anyways you're going to remove the
trusted installer from there just in
case and then what i did was i click on
edit here like I said full control and
if the trusted installer appear here
then just remove it from here you
because I I i removed it from somewhere
else i don't remember where i believe it
was like owner or something I don't know
just look for and if there's any auction
is going to speed so you just gotta look
for it there's going to be somewhere
that's going to say blah blah and
there's gonna be three options and the
last one is going to be removed you
click remove the trust installer
so then what you're going to do is you
are going to
once you have full control the file
you're going to simply delete it and
they're not i'm not exactly sure
okay it worked because i already put
full control the file once you do that
you simply delete the file run once
rapper because thats what stops your
windows explorer from starting once you
login and if you need to install it
again and you can just get on the
internet or whatever but i don't i'm not
sure if it's a Microsoft file I'm not
I'd have no idea but this is what worked
for me and that's what stopped the black
screen after login and then the best top
just appears perfectly and I can just
move the mouse and do whatever I want
i'm also using a this is just a this is
not my actual computer account this is
just a test account that I'm doing for
this video but yeah it worked so and
once you do it and what odd if you have
multiple accounts on your computer once
you do that wants you to lead it it will
apply apply it to all everything account
that you have but you have to do it
correctly in the properties so
and if you need a help just look up
youtube to figure out how to manage
stuff like that but yeah that's gonna
fix your login issue and actually I'm
going to install an antivirus because i
haven't yet on this computer because uh
last time my computer was having my my
computer had a virus this one time and I
had to get it fixed and I still haven't
installed an antivirus on my computer so
I'm going to install it
all right after i finish this video
actually yeah that's if you run runs the
run once rapper is not on your processes
or whatever then the temporary fix the
only temporary fix i know for you would
be to restart your windows explorer and
just keep looking for maybe look on this
link here that both some video and see
if there's anything that helps
so yeah I hope this video was helpful
and that will take your I guarantee you
it will take your login black screen
slow welcome thing out of the way
ok i looked it up on Google myself and i
found the answer
so yeah I hope you guys liked the video
and that's that's all thanks for
watching
