In this video we look at MediaTrans. This is a neat little app that will allow you to add/remove pictures, music, and videos from your iPhone. You can also us the app to turn your iPhone into a flash drive.

this is an app that will allow you to
transfer data to and from your iPhone
from a computer and Alice am works on
both OS 10 and windows
i'm using the OS 10 version so this is
the app right here on all you do is plug
in your device and once it's recognized
it will show you a warning let you know
to disable automatic syncing itunes and
then this is the main interface you can
see a little information about our
device
so we have our device type or the name
of it on life own success for you to go
by three and i have the 64 gigabyte
model shows i'm running iOS 10
even though sign out yet it's nice that
actually recognize it and i am using
itunes 12.4 point2 on my mac and then we
have our main page right here we have
settings on where what we can actually
transfer data from the phone to the
computer where you say that -
we have photo transfer which doesn't
quite seem to be working for me
meet someone is 10 days because of the
bug in the app i'm not quite sure what
but it works the same way as the video
manager is just as all your pictures and
then inside there you can just transfer
pictures from the computer to the phone
or from the phone to the computer for
music manager
we can do all of our songs that are in
the iTunes library on the computer as
well as the ones that are on the iphone
then we can delete them we can transfer
from one device to the other
we can do that and then once we do our
changes we can click sync shows how much
space is actually taking up on the phone
of music
it's pretty similar for video it will
show you all the videos you have on your
phone so these are videos are recorded
and
it just group them into different things
for stuff that you actually have in the
videos folder or the videos application
on your phone and then once again have
something selected we can export that to
the computer we can add another video to
the phone we can delete it from the
phone with the refresher list and again
once everything is done
ok it sink down here it shows how much
space are total i'm just picking up
having selected I'm going to have added
deleted and then the spaces to hang up
on the phone and then finally the one
that I think is actually the coolest
feature is flash drives will allow you
to put files onto your phone and then
have that act as a flash drive so then
you can come back to another computer
and you can take that file off of your
phone
so it's kind of like a flash drive built
into your phone I think that's a really
neat feature
this right here is just general storage
this is like the folders and stuff the
applications are taking up
you can't get access to that
unfortunately this is going to be your
flash drive section we can add a file or
folder who can create a new folder if we
already have something in the flash
drive section on the phone with an
export then we can modify the settings
delete that and then refresh the list
and then you can drag and drop stuff in
here if you do have stuff it will show
up here as well
this shows you how much space you have
free on your device you can fill up with
a flash drive stuff and then I'm total
space of items are selected and then
items in total overall is actually a
really cool app I like how it works and
especially love the flash drive feature
i think that's really neat
and this is a really simple and easy
ways in order to transfer photos videos
and music to and from your device
