hi guys today using want to show PDF
element i'm going to show you how to
edit a scan PDF file using OCR optical
character recognition
what I'm going to do here is just open
up a sample scanned file and as you see
here it's clearly a scam from a book
what I'm going to do just zoom in and
have a look at that text there
so the next thing we're going to be
doing using OCR is we click on the
perform OCR button that appears now if
you have the OCR plug in all installed
and registered then it will give you
some extra information here i can change
my languages i can customize the pages
as we only have a single page PDF
document i'm just going to do it as a
single page here so click OK and it will
begin to perform OCR anything that isn't
recognizable as text will be just left
as an image as we see with the chapter 4
scan here but the rest of it is or txt
now what i can do is edit this
I can drag the different text boxes
around if I just click edit text there
you can see we've got a load of
different text boxes there that we can
change or move around as we see fit
so if I just scroll down to have a look
at some of the things we can do with a
scanned PDF file
ok so click away from there
now I can just add in different words if
i choose to or i can actually just
dragged around and move around this text
so i can just change let me just change
that pronoun - I i like the suspense
created by interesting
and there we go let's drag this title
around and make it just a little bit
more aesthetically pleasing putting it
onto two lines
Center align their so the possibilities
are pretty much endless using
wondershare PDF element to do your OCR
scanning and want to share PDF element

windows
this is going to be automatically saved
with an appendage under school OCR and
i'll just say that in my folder as it's
now an editable PDF thanks very much for
